Current information on travel safety
Valid for all new bookings from 01.09.2021: Customers must be able to present a current and complete proof of vaccination in accordance with the regulation of the European Medicines Agency at the beginning of the trip. The proof must be carried during the entire trip. This is the part of the travel contract and applies regardless of any access or entry restrictions by the authorities, which must also be complied with. Exceptions are trips whose duration does not exceed 24 hours. If the proof cannot be presented, we reserve the right to refuse onward transportation. In this case, there is no right to warranty or compensation.
Due to the large number of measures and newer developments, we have to constantly reassess the situation. We make every effort to inform our customers at least 3 weeks before departure whether the cruise must be cancelled. If necessary, the decision may have to be made at shorter notice.
